سياسة الاستبدال و الرد
تحرص شركتنا على تسوق زبائنها بثقة واطمئنان من خالل توفير خدمة استرجاع ثمن مشترياتهم في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، 
واستبدال مشترياتهم في غضون 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء مع مراعاة الشروط واألحكام المبينة أدناه:
1 .يجب أن تكون المشتريات المراد استرجاعها بغالفها وبطاقاتها التعريفية عند إتمام عملية الشراء ومرفقة بإيصال الشراء 
األصلي او نسخة من االيصال االلكتروني
2 .حرصاً على سالمة زبائننا يؤسفنا عدم استبدال أو استرجاع مالبس السباحة والمالبس الداخلية و االكسسوارات إال في حالة 
وجود عيوب مصنعية، او اذا كانت السلعة غير مطابقة للمواصفات القياسية المقررة، او اذا كانت السلعة لم تؤدي الغرض 
الذي تم التعاقد عليه.
3 .يمكن استبدال المشتريات التي تم شراؤها بأسعار مخفضة أثناء فترة العروض خالل 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، وال يمكن 
استرجاع القيمة النقدية لهذه المشتريات إال في حالة وجود عيوب مصنعية، او اذا كانت السلعة غير مطابقة للمواصفات 
القياسية المقررة، او اذا كانت السلعة لم تؤدي الغرض الذي تم التعاقد عليه
كما تجدر اإلشارة إلى أنه يشترط إعادة أي هدية يحصل عليها الزبون بالتالزم مع مشترياته عند رغبته باستبدال هذه المشتريات.

يعتبر أي شرط ورد في سياسة االستبدال واالسترجاع هذه الغي في حال مخالفته ألحكام المادة رقم )5 )من القانون رقم )8 )لسنة 
2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر.
Exchange and Return Policy
Our company is committed to providing its customers with a shopping experience built on trust and 
confidence. We offer a refund service within 7 days of the purchase date and an exchange service 
within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
1- Items for refund must be returned in their original packaging, with accompanying tags, and 
include the original purchase receipt or a copy of the electronic receipt.
2- For the safety of our customers, we regret that swimwear, underwear and Accessories cannot 
be exchanged or refunded unless they have manufacturing defects, do not meet established 
quality standards, or fail to fulfill their intended purpose.
3- Items purchased at discounted prices during promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 
days of the purchase date. Cash refunds for these items are only possible in cases of 
manufacturing defects, non-compliance with quality standards, or failure to fulfill their 
intended purpose.
It is important to note that any gifts received with a purchase must be returned if the customer wishes 
to exchange the associated purchases.
